Li Zhigang, male, born in Dingshu Town, Yixing in 1966, he is a young ceramist and a member of Jiangsu Arts and Crafts Association. In 1987, he graduated from the art Ceramics Department of Nanjing University of the Arts in Jiangsu Province, and he learn the production technology of purple clay pottery and engage in creative design in Yixing purple clay No.2 Factory. He got the guidance of many famous masters. His works designed and produced are based on realistic animals and natural forms, with creative ideas and exquisite craftsmanship. In particular, the natural combination of the color of purple clay pottery materials and works, he's works is vivid, natural and lifelike.
